I loved reading how you laugh with God. Honestly, that’s a pretty eye opening idea to me. I think it shows a healthiness within yourself and your relationship with God. God can often have somewhat of a heavy presence within me, but I do wonder now – is that from Him or rather from me? Could that heavy air be due to a lack of trust or faith I have in His love…
I enjoyed this read, and the reflections it inspired in me.
Thank you so much for sharing those reflections. I so appreciate you taking the time to read my blogs, and then think and then comment on them. I love hearing your thoughts. Sometimes, when I am in a lot of emotional pain–there is not a lot of laughter happening between God and I–but there is a sense of His presense, and His waiting with me in the pain. I would not look at the lack of laughter in your life as anything wrong with your relationship with God, but rather, that God is waiting with you and loving you as you deal with some hurts and sorrows. I promise–the laughter will come, when laughter is appropriate. I am praying for you sweet girl.
